1. Refund Process
All cancellations must be submitted in writing. Refunds are processed based on the cancellation timeline:

• 60 days or more before the tour: Full refund of deposit and payments.
• 31–59 days: 50% refund of total payments.
• 30 days or fewer: No refunds.

2. Non-Refundable Costs

• Non-refundable expenses, such as flight tickets and hotel reservations, will be deducted from any refund.
• An administrative fee of $50 applies to all cancellations.

3. Force Majeure Refunds
In the event of force majeure, TTL will issue refunds minus incurred costs and a $50 administrative fee.

4. Amendments and Rebooking

• Amendments to bookings are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
• Rebookings will be treated as new bookings and follow the cancellation policies outlined.
