1. Introduction
These terms and conditions apply to all tours and services provided by Trip Like Local (TTL). By booking a tour, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions, ensuring both the company’s interests and your well-being as a traveller.

2. Booking Policy

• A deposit of $100–$200 is required at the time of booking. This deposit is fully refundable if cancellation is made at least 60 days prior to the tour start date.
• The balance payment must be settled no later than 45 days before the tour start date unless otherwise specified.

3. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations must be made in writing and are effective as of the date received by TTL.
• Refunds will be processed as follows:
  • 60 days or more before the tour: 100% refund of the deposit and payments.
  • 31–59 days: 50% refund.
  • 30 days or fewer: No refund.
• An administrative fee of $50 will be deducted from any refund. Non-refundable costs, such as booked flights or hotel reservations, will also be deducted.

4. Force Majeure
TTL is not liable for cancellations or disruptions caused by events beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, political unrest, or transportation delays. In such cases, TTL will offer a refund minus reasonable incurred costs and an administrative fee of $50.

5. Travel Insurance
All travellers must have valid travel insurance that covers health emergencies, cancellations, theft, and personal liability. TTL does not bear responsibility for any losses incurred during the tour.

6. Visas and Travel Documentation

• Obtaining necessary visas and documentation is the traveller’s responsibility. TTL provides assistance and advice but is not liable for visa rejections or delays.
• TTL strongly recommends ensuring your travel documents comply with the requirements of the destination country.

7. Local Laws and Traveller Conduct

• Travellers must adhere to local laws and customs. TTL is not responsible for legal issues arising from misconduct.
• Non-compliance with company policies or local regulations may result in expulsion from the tour without refund.

8. Tour Itineraries and Changes

• Itineraries are subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances. TTL will endeavour to offer suitable replacements where possible.
• If you do not complete any portion of the tour or abandon the tour, no refunds or credits will be issued.

9. Payment Methods

• Payments can be made via bank transfer or credit card in USD, GBP, or EUR. Bank fees are the responsibility of the traveller.
• Payments must reference the invoice number provided. Failure to do so may result in cancellation without refund.

10. Liability
TTL is not liable for personal injury, illness, property damage, or financial loss incurred during the tour. It is the traveller’s responsibility to ensure appropriate insurance coverage.
